Paradiset

"Good food is one of the key ingredients for a good life and a sustainable future. For people, animals and our entire planet. Paradiset is a place for all of us who care about what we eat, where it comes from and what it contains. A place where we support farmers so they can continue to produce their goods with passion and dignity. A place free from foods with unnecessary and harmful additives. That's why shopping at Paradiset is easy. Because with us, all products are already carefully selected. Paradiset is Scandinavia's largest food store for natural and organic products. A place where you can also eat and drink well. All at really good prices."

When we got Paradiset as a customer and after reading their manifesto above, we immediately felt that this was a company that was really passionate about their cause and that it would be incredibly exciting to work with them.  Our mission was to create their customer club, where everyone who joined became Paradiset's Regular Guest. As a Regular Guest, for example, you always have a 10% discount on fruit & vegetables, receive relevant offers and special invitations to events where you as a Regular Guest have the opportunity to influence the future of Paradise, but also how you can influence a sustainable future together.

My part in this project was to develop the graphic profile for the entire Customer Loyalty Program. This included a welcome process that included a number of dialogues, a registration form, a login form, banners & logo. In addition, I had an ongoing production of newsletters and campaigns once the entire program was up and running.

On the left you can see some of what I did for Paradiset.

City Gross

"City Gross has been running family-owned supermarkets since 1993 with a single goal, to really make a difference. That's why we don't do what other supermarket chains do. Instead, we offer fresh Swedish meat that is cut and packed in-store by knowledgeable staff, manual counters for fish and seafood from sustainable stocks, freshly baked sourdough bread from our own bakeries and Sweden's widest range of groceries."

Relation & Brand got City Gross as a customer in 2016 and was tasked with managing their production of newsletters and customer club offers, but also to produce analysis and data on City Gross customers and their buying behavior to make it easier for us to send out relevant offers, which City Gross had not done before to their customers. When this project began, a new design for their Newsletter was also to be developed, which you can see the result here on the left. Relation & Brand has then developed a certain number of customer groups, such as vegetarians, meat eaters and flexitarians.

I was asked to design their newsletter and communication to club members. The idea was partly to get City Gross newsletter to follow their new graphic profile, with updated logo etc, but also get a more modern feel both in color and shape. To the left you can see a sample of City Gross' new newsletter.

Mood galleria

"UNIQUE SHOPPING: MOOD Stockholm and our MOOD District neighborhood offer a unique range of shopping with many interesting brands and stores that cannot be found anywhere else in Stockholm city. Whether you want to shop for interior design, fashion for women or men, beauty, shoes, accessories or just want to stroll through the shops, we are here for you."

In this project I was asked to create a newsletter for the MOOD mall in Stockholm. It would be a newsletter where you could highlight their stores and they wanted a clean and fairly simple design with room for a lot of pictures. The client also wanted the design to breathe Nordiska Kompaniet.

new wave

"Our philosophy is that being your brand should be seen on the outside and felt on the inside. We call it being brand calibrated. We take the branded meeting as an example. The meeting between two parties is the moment when business relationships are created. Being visually clear as a representative of your brand affects how your professionalism and seriousness is perceived by the person you meet."

New Wave contacted us and wanted an updated design for their newsletters that are sent out to their customers. New Wave wanted a clean and simple design where they could highlight their products in a clear way. Here you can see some of the results.
